Bell Performance releases products to disperse water build-up in ethanol

October 12, 2010 |

In Florida, Bell Performance has released its Mix-I-Go and Marine MXO additives that will supposedly help eliminate phase separation caused by additional water retention with higher ethanol blends.

The company claims that the additives control water build up by dispersing water molecules throughout the fuel source and safely eliminating them through the filter. They says car and marine engines need a combustion and horsepower improver, a water dispersing agent (non-alcohol) to remove the water from the tanks, and an ingredient to protect the rubber and plastic engine parts from ethanol damage.
