East Coast Energy tries again with Penna. ethanol project

In Pennsylvania, East Coast Energy Solutions is trying its hand again to develop a corn ethanol facility in Warren County after having been shot down two years ago in a neighboring community.

The new proposal in Pohatcong Township has good rail access, which the former site lacked, but this time it may run up against limited water supplies and strict planning regulations in the Highland’s regional preservation area.
