Peru's Maple Energy to open sugarcane ethanol plant by end of 2011

In Peru, Maple Energy says it is confident that its ethanol facility will be up and running by the second half of 2011. Though the company says there is a lot of work ahead before start-up that it is confident that it will be a low-cost, globally competitive producer due to its technology and feedstock.
