Ohio offers incentives to Greenwood Fuels for MSW-based biofuels project

In Ohio, the state government is offering Green Bay, Wis.-based Greenwood Fuels tax incentives to encourage it to set up a biofuel plant in Hamilton using municipal solid waste as a feedstock, and the tax breaks offered would depend on the number of jobs created there. Supporters said the $11 million project would generate up to 30 jobs.
