National Clean Fuels, DC Biofuels partner in biodiesel project

In Washington, DC, National Clean Fuels announced the finalization of a letter of intent with DC Biofuels (DCBF) to enter into an all inclusive partnership agreement within the next 20 days.

DC Biofuels plans to construct a biodiesel plant capable of manufacturing up to five million gallons of biodiesel annually, or 25 million gallons of blended B20. The plant will produce biodiesel from fats and waste oil collected from homes, government institutions, and local restaurants.

The company plans to sell the biodiesel to corporate and municipal fleet clients and one or more nearby urban areas. National Clean Fuels will provide the required finance and technology to DCBF.
