Biofuels Digest Index gains 1.52 percent to 28-month high of 78.60

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, gained 1.52 percent to a 28-month high of 78.60 as advanced biofuels surged. For the day, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) recovered 0.73 percent to $30.25, while Amyris (AMRS) jumped 5.01 percent to $23.07. Among other equities, Codexis (CDXS) gained 5.06 percent to $10.58.  Overall, advances led declines 5 to 3 for the day.
