Colombian family to purchase Lacassine cane mill and produce ethanol

In Louisiana, a Colombian family is purchasing the Lacassine cane mill from the state through a company called Louisiana Green Fuels with the idea to eventually produce ethanol. The facility was expected to already be online and producing ethanol under its original owners.
