Zambian gov't to built sugarcane ethanol plant

In Zambia, President Rupiah Banda announced that, following a state visit to Brazil in which Zambian officials explored opportunities in biofuels project development, the government will construct a sugarcane ethanol plant in the country’s Eastern province. The president did not release details on  the locaiton or capacity of the proposed project.
