Tennessee farmers bullish on switchgrass after pilot

In Tennessee, farmers who participated in a pilot project to grow switchgrass for biofuel production say they would have dedicated four-times as much land to the project if they’d understood at the beginning how profitable it would be. One farmer said, “There is no way, shape, fashion or form that I could produce any legal crop that could make me that much money.”
