Biofuels Digest Index retreats 1.03 percent to 85.60

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, dropped 1.03 percent to 85.60, on a broad-based renewables retreat. For the day, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) fell 1.59 percent to $33.39, while Codexis (CDXS) fell 3.28 percent to $10.02. Among other equities, Biofuels Energy (BIOF) plunged 11.72 percent to $1.13. Overall, declines led advances 9 to 1 for the day.
