Kawartha Ethanol plant in Canada commissioned, reaches capacity

In Canada, the 21 million gallon (80 million liter) Kawartha Ethanol facility has achieved full plant nameplate production levels  – and operating rates in excess of 110 percent – at its dry mill corn plant in Havelock, Ontario.  The facility, which uses over eight million bushels of corn as feedstock.  Its construction was supported by Canadian federal and Ontario provincial governments. A team of process and field engineering personnel from Applied Process Technology International, LLC (APTI), have worked with Kawartha to implement the Delta-T and APTI technology at the site.
