Loan troubles at FUEL ethanol project in Georgia

In Georgia, a wholly owned subsidy of First United Ethanol LLC in Camilla received noticed from the New York office of WestLB AG that it is out of compliance with terms of a $100 million construction loan and a $15 million working capital loan. The facility in Camilla is the state’s largest ethanol plant.
