China takes US distillers grains to WTO

In Washington, US ethanol producers are risk of losing their third largest buyer of dried distillers grains—China—if the country is successful in its trade complaint at the WTO. The charges are thought to be in retaliation for U.S. charges against Chinese wind power subsidies.
