Biodiesel prices plunge in Brazil as competition intensifies

February 22, 2011 |

In Brazil, fierce competition among biodiesel producers during the National Petroleum Agency’s (ANP) latest biodiesel auction on February 16 pushed offers well below the maximum price. Those prices are down from the $1.39 average from the last two auctions.
