Biofuels Digest Index soars to 89.38 as advanced bio rocks

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, soared 2.01 percent to 89.38 as advanced biofuels rocked. For the day, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) jumped 1.24 percent to $36.88, while Amyris (AMRS) jumped 4.34 percent to $32.67. Among other equities, Gevo rallied 3.21 percent to $19.94. Overall, declines led advances 3 to 1 for the day.
