Biodiesel promotes cheap livestock feed: study

In Missouri, the National Biodiesel Board has released a new study showing how livestock producers benefit from cheaper feed thanks to soybean biodiesel production. It says that without America’s advanced biofuel in the marketplace higher soybean meal prices could have cost the livestock industry $4.8 billion from market years 2005 through 2009.
