March 11, 2011 |

In Florida, Raptor Technology Group, who is in the process of acquiring Raptor Fabrication & Equipment, announced that Raptor has signed a contract to manufacture a 3.6 million gallon per year clean biodiesel plant for Eco Ventures Group of Groveland, Florida. The contract is valued at $1,600,000. Raptor will maintain an additional 15% interest in the net operations of the plant for operating the facility for Eco Ventures Group once it is completed. This plant is designed to be a model operation for Raptor for future sales and expansion.   The facility will include a crushing line and extraction process for seeds and other oil producing crops and is not limited to the processing of strictly yellow grease. Raptor expects the plant to be producing fuel by mid April.  The new facility will utilize Raptor’s flagship mid-sized production system that can utilize a variety of feedstock material to produce ASTM certified biodiesel.  Raptor reports that they can remotely monitor the facility for maximum efficiency and up-time.
