Draft Swaziland biofuels strategy completed

In Swaziland, the draft national biofuels strategy has been completed and is waiting for submission to the cabinet. It includes a guide for public sector investment in biofuels and puts an emphasis on non-food crops to reduce food and fuel competition. The government is currently setting up a trial pump for E85 to test out flex-fuel cars.
