Jianye Greentech appoints GeneSyst to oversee construction of waste-to-ethanol plant in China

In New York and China, American Jianye Greentech Holdings, reports they have completed the conceptual design of the Company’s Suihua Waste-to-fuel Plant in Harbin. The company also announced the appointment of GeneSyst International as project manager to oversee construction and operation of the company’s new facility.

Greentech states that they expect the plant to be completed within 18 months, and that it will process over 500,000 tons of garbage and 1 million tons of sewage per year, and convert that waste into more than 100,000 tons of clean ethanol fuel and 35MW of power every year.  Greentech reports that they anticipate annual sales of approximately $100 million.

Mr. Haipeng Wang, Chairman and President, stated that by producing their own ethanol, they can lower Greentech’s input costs for the company’s blended fuels by more than 15%.  Wang further stated that with their ethanol, petroleum fuel and proprietary catalyst, the company will be able to increase the ethanol to 85%.
