Biofuels Digest Index slides to 94.41 despite Gevo surge

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, lost 0.57 percent to close at 94.41 as Gevo jumped again.  For the day, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) fell 0.25 percent to $36.47, while Gevo (GEVO) gained 3.65 percent to a new all-time high of $25.55. Among other equities, Cosan (CZZ) shed 4.98 percent to $12.41. Overall, declines led advances 2 to 1 for the day.
