EIA reports US ethanol production declines for 3rd week

In Washington, the Energy Information Agency is reporting that ethanol production has fallen for the third straight week in a row, down to 898,000 bpd for the week ending April 8. Ethanol stocks rose by 455,000 barrels to 20.52 million barrels. Margins remain healthy, it says, but high corn prices remain a problem.
