Biofuels Digest Index slides to 94.11 on ethanol slump

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, fell 0.33 percent to 94.11 as ethanol stocks dropped. For the day, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) slipped 0.05 percent to $37.00, while Pacific Ethanol (PEIX) slumped 8.51 percent to $0.43. Among other equities, Gevo (GEVO) jumped 5.48 percent to $20.41. Overall, declines led advances 3 to 1 for the day.
