Biofuels Digest Index drops to 91.51 as ethanol, advanced biofuels wane

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, dropped 1.19 percent to 91.51 as shareholders hit ethanol and advanced biofuels. For the day, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) recovered 0.61 percent to $34.72, while Aventine (AVRW) plunged 5.15 percent to $23.00. Among other equities, Gevo (GEVO) dropped 4.08 percent to $19.04. Overall, declines led advances5 to 1 for the day.
