Biofuels Digest Index recovers to 90.36, halting 5-day slide

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, halted its five day losing streak by advancing 0.16 percent to 90.36. For the day, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) recovered 0.41 percent to $34.11, while BlueFire Renewables (BFRE.OB) jumped 14.29 percent to $0.40. Among other equities, Amyris (AMRS) fell 4.25 percent to $24.53. Overall, advances led declines 2 to 1 for the day.
