Biofuels Digest Index drops to 89.03 on broad renewables and fuels decline

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, fell 0.60 percent to 89.03, as renewables fell across the board. For the day, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) fell 0.31 percent to $32.20, while Aventine (AVRW) fell 6.15 percent to $18.30. Among other equities, Pacific Ethanol (PEIX), down 6.25 percent to $0.45. Overall, declines led advances 7 to 1 for the day.
