Indiana rolls out blender pump grant program

June 14, 2011 |

In Indiana, the state’s Corn Marketing Council has rolled out a new grant program for gasoline retailers to install blender pumps, with up to 50% of the cost with a maximum $20,000 per grant available. The program will use corn checkoff funds. As the funds available are limited, they will only be granted to the most strategic applications submitted with criteria including  the  location  of  the  project  site,  estimated  annual  sales  of   E85  and  ethanol  blended  fuels,  marketing  plan  and  signage,  contracts  with  FFV  fleets,  etc.
