Biofuels Digest Index flat at 86.07 as ethanol sell-off balanced by advanced biofuels gains

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, was flat at 86.07 as advanced biofuels gains offset ethanol drops. For the day, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) dropped 0.88 percent to $30.30, while BlueFire Renewables soared 52.33 percent to $0.23. Among other equities, Pacific Ethanol (PEIX) fell 5.13 percent to $1.48. Advances and declines were even for the day.
