McBiodiesel comes to Emirates

In the United Arab Emirates, McDonalds and Neutral Fuels have formed a JV to produce biodiesel from recycles vegetable oil collected from McDonald’s outlets. The group said it plans to produce up to 264,000 gallons per year at a facility based in Dubai.

McDonalds operates 90 restaurants in the Emirates, and as part of the program the restauranteur said that it would convert all its trucks over to biodiesel.
