Biofuels Digest Index advances to 86.91 as KiOR joins the BDI

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, edged up 0.09 percent to 86.91 as KiOR joined the Index’s roster of 30 equities. For the day, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) dropped 2.50 percent to $30.81, while Pacific Ethanol (PEIX) soared 10.20 percent to $1.08. Among other equities, Amyris (AMRS) retreated 3.19 percent to $23.08. Overall, advances led declines 7 to 5 for the day.
