Philippines debut E10 ethanol mandate

In the Philippines, the country’s E10 policy officially comes into effect on August 6. The blend was supposed to come in at the beginning of the year, up from the E5 policy that has been in place since 2009, but domestic production only reached less than 80 million liters of the 220 million liters required for the E5 blend, let alone for the E10.
