Riopaila Castilla to invest $56M in Spanish ethanol

In Colombia, Riopaila Castilla will invest $56.24 million in a 300,000 liter per day ethanol facility in Sevilla. The facility is expected to come online in mid-2013. In 2012, the company also expects to begin producing palm oil for domestic and industrial consumption as well as for biodiesel. It will plant 2,000 hectares in phases with a total investment of $11.24 million.
