recycOil files libel suit over internet story
In Colorado, recycOil, a waste oil recycling company, has filed a libel suit in Boulder District Court against a Longmont-based biofuels critic for publishing on the internet what the company claims are false and defamatory statements including oil theft accusations and winning a state grant under a false name.
