Trustee seeks to sell Beatrice biodiesel plant

In Nebraska, the trustee for the idled Beatrice biodiesel plant is requesting permission to sell the facility.  If the Nebraska Bankruptcy Court approves the plan, Rick Lange, bankruptcy trustee and attorney, plans to either sell the facility outright or put the facility up for auction on November 29th.

Executive director for the Nebraska Soybean Board noted that one difficulty with the plant is its lack of crushing facilities.
