Siem Kapital, North Atlantic Value acquire GTL Resources for $52M

In the UK, GTL Resources has been sold to Norway’s Siem Kapital and fund manager North Atlantic Value for $52 million in cash, or about a pound sterling a share, a 25% premium to its April trading price on the London-based Alternative Investment Market. The company has a 100 million gallon per year corn ethanol plant in Rochelle, Illinois.
