China Clean Energy acquires Handan Guanxin Technology for $13.1M

In China, China Clean Energy announced its acquisition of Handan Guanxin Technology, a feedstock provider located in Hebei Province.

Handan Guanxin will become the Company’s internal source of raw materials that it utilizes to produce its specialty chemicals and biodiesel products. CCE paid approximately $13.1 million that was funded entirely from the company’s current cash holdings.
