Biofuels Digest Index plunges to 70.96 as advanced biofuels tumble

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, plummeted 2.96 percent to 70.96 as advanced biofuels stocks tumbled. For the day, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) fell 2.74 percent to $28.74, while Solazyme (SZYM) plunged 9.40 percent to $11.47.  Among other equities, Codexis (CDXS) dumped 11.45 percent to $5.26. Overall, declines led advances 3 to 1 for the day.
