Biofuels Digest Index fizzles to 70.71 as biodiesel wanes

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, dropped 1.74 percent to 70.71 as biodiesel stocks tumbled. For the day, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) fell 2.68 percent to $28.34, while Biox (BX.T) tumbled 5.80 percent to $1.30.  Among other equities, Gushan (GU) plunged 6.25 percent to $1.50. Overall, declines led advances 3 to 1 for the day.
