Saint Aubin to move into ethanol production in Mauritius

In Mauritius, sugar producer Saint Aubin plans to introduce ethanol production as well as electricity co-generation from bagasse in addition to several other cane products in its attempts to diversify its business and strengthen its resources for the future under the Sustainable Mauritius program. The new program was launched just before Christmas with the Prime Minister.
