RFA slams EPA for delay in 2012-13 RFS mandates

In Washington, the Renewable Fuels Agency is slamming the EPA for not having yet released the compliance standards for the 2012 Renewable Fuel Standards and 2013 Biomass-Based Diesel Volume for Renewable Fuel Standard program which were meant for release on Nov. 30.

In a letter to EPA administrator Lisa Jackson, the RFA says that the delay is “both inexplicable and unacceptable”.
