Brazil drops anhydrous ethanol tariff through 2015

In Brazil, the trade ministry has extended duty-free imports on anhydrous ethanol through the end of 2015. The water limit on the ethanol is 1%, which is pretty tight considering the effects of sea transport on anhydrous ethanol, but the limit is more lax than in Europe that only allows 0.3%.
