United Biofuels of America launches Costa Rican land bank project for bioenergy

In Costa Rica, United Biofuels of America has created a joint venture with local real estate partners to develop the concept of Multi-Purpose Real Estate whereby investors buy into a land bank that is used for bioenergy production. Investors who put in $35,000 would see returns of 30% or more thanks to the income generated from exporting the biofuels, primarily to the European market.
