Belgian biodiesel producer files for bankruptcy

In Belgium, Walloon biodiesel company Neochim has filed for bankruptcy at a commercial court in Charleroi as a result of liquidity problems. The company has produced 200,000 tons of biodiesel annually since 2007, an add-on to a kosher glycerin refining facility that began in 1995.
