Strumph replaces Shaw as Codexis CEO

February 20, 2012 |

In California, Codexis has appointed former Senior Vice President Peter Strumph as the company’s interim Chief Executive Officer after Alan Shaw resigned on Friday.

Shaw will continue to serve as a  special advisor to the Board of Directors, saying “Codexis has a tremendous leadership team in place, and I am pleased to continue supporting the company as it works to commercialize industrial enzymes in the biofuel, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.”

The news regarding Alan Shaw’s departure follows the resignation of Robert Lawson, Codexis’s former CFO, earlier this month.
