West Virginia legislator aims to delay E15 ethanol sales

In West Virginia, a state representative is trying to get the legislature to petition the EPA prohibiting the sale of ethanol blends higher than E10 until it has analyzed the effects on engine parts. The representative who owns an auto parts store says the sales of auto parts for older makes has increased notably since the introduction of E10 and expects the same to happen with E15.
