Biofuels Digest Index rebounds to 71.21 as Gevo takes off

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, rebounded 1.35 percent to 71.21 as Gevo soared.  For the day, Solazyme (SZYM) fell 1.58percent to $11.83, while Gevo (GEVO) rocketed up 9.07 percent to $7.82 on good IP wars news.  Among other equities, Syntroleum (SYNM) fell 10.43 percent after reporting 2011 earnings.  Overall, advances led declines 9 to 4 for the day.
