Netherlands aims to reach 10% biofuels before 2020

In the Netherlands, the country is hoping to reach the EU goal of 10% biofuel use by 2020 ahead of time, reaching the goal in 2016 and opening up the opportunity for a higher 2020 goal. Currently plans are to use 5.25% by 2012, up from 4.5% previously, while working toward the interim 2016 goal.
