Quantum International inks deal to develop ag waste biofuels project in Philippines

In the Philippines, Quantum International has signed a deal with Surigao to develop several energy projects over the next five to seven years.  The projects include a regional plasma facility to process as much as 5,000 tonnes of both municipal and industrial waste to produce electricity and at least one biofuel project based on agricultural waste.  The PhilStar.com article also mentioned that Quantum would be participating in several real estate projects in Surigao.
