Biofuels Digest Index slips to 75.91 despite KiOR surge

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, slipped 0.46 percent to 75.91 despite a KiOR surge. For the day, KiOR (KIOR) jumped 7.41 percent to $12.46, while Gevo (GEVO) fell 5.45 percent to $9.72. Among other equities, Verenium (VRNM) tumbled 3.79 percent to $3.55.  Overall, declines led advances 3 to 1 for the day.
