Alcoholes de Uruguay, Abengoa to invest $120M in ethanol project

In Uruguay, Alcoholes de Uruguay has formed a JV with Abengoa to invest $120 million in an ethanol plant in Paysandú. Abengoa will have about 30% of the shares while the rest will be held by the local ethanol producer, whose production volume will quadruple when the new facility comes online.
