April 11, 2012 |

In Oregon, Whole Energy Fuels Corp. of Bellingham, Wash., Oregon Oils and Beaver Biodiesel will all locate themselves in the Northwest Industrial District in Portland to create a hub for biodiesel production from waste cooking. Beaver Biodiesel, who is moving from Albany to Portland, produced more than 100 million gallons of biodiesel last year including from locally grown camelina under a USDA program. Build-out of the new manufacturing part of the facility should be completed this summer.
